All O-rings are produced from high-quality fluororubber (FKM/Viton®-type) or premium nitrile rubber (NBR), providing outstanding resistance to fuel, heat, ethanol, wear, and chemical corrosion.

All gasket materials are manufactured from environmentally friendly European-sourced pure plant fiber composite materials, offering excellent sealing stability, durability, and resistance to fuel exposure over extended use.

Our idle screw spring washers are made from high-quality anti-wear, corrosion-resistant engineering plastic materials, specifically designed to reduce friction wear, improve adjustment smoothness, and enhance long-term stability.

All XTNG genuine components are manufactured and quality-controlled under high-standard production systems. We work closely with multiple professional manufacturing facilities certified under ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems to ensure consistent, reliable, and precision-level manufacturing quality across every component.

From raw material selection to final machining processes, XTNG maintains strict engineering standards throughout the entire production chain.
