Shipping Policy

Shipping & Processing

XTNG primarily ships orders via UPS, FedEx, and EMS, depending on destination and logistics conditions. Customers requiring special shipping arrangements should contact XTNG before placing an order.

Standard carburetors are typically shipped within 3 business days, while spare parts and accessories are usually shipped within the same day. XTNG also supports custom-built carburetors tailored to specific engines and customer requirements. During peak periods, processing times may be extended depending on workload.

Global Shipping & Customs

XTNG provides worldwide shipping and may declare shipments at a reduced value upon customer request where applicable.

For shipments to the European Union and the United States, customs clearance and import duties are typically handled by our logistics partners, and customers generally do not need to pay additional import taxes.

For all other regions, import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must understand and comply with their local import regulations before placing an order.

All XTNG shipments are declared as “Motorcycle Carburetor” on customs documentation. Any issues caused by local customs policies, import restrictions, inspections, or regulations are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided for all shipments, and tracking information is typically uploaded within 3 business days after dispatch.

Signature confirmation service is not included by default. Customers who require signature service must contact XTNG before placing the order. Additional charges may apply.

XTNG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. All risks associated with such delays are borne by the customer.

Shipment Responsibility

If a package is lost during transit, XTNG will take responsibility. If a package is marked as delivered but is subsequently lost, responsibility will be determined according to PayPal dispute policies.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

If an international shipment is refused, the package must first be returned to XTNG before any refund can be processed. Refunds are subject to inspection, and a 20% restocking fee based on the order value will be deducted.

Dealer Orders

Orders placed through dealers or distributors are subject to the dealer’s own policies and terms. XTNG official website policies do not apply to dealer transactions.
