XTNG products are high-performance mechanical fuel systems designed for motorsports and specialized applications. These products require proper installation, setup, and tuning, and may not be compatible with all engines or configurations. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Orders, Payments & Shipping
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. XTNG reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, adjust pricing without prior notice, and limit order quantities. Payments must be completed through approved payment methods such as PayPal.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. XTNG is not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, import duties, taxes, or additional regional charges.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are subject to XTNG’s official Return Policy. Returned products must be in acceptable condition and are subject to inspection before approval. Used, damaged, or modified products may receive partial refunds or be rejected. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
XTNG provides a limited one-year warranty covering verified manufacturing defects only. Warranty eligibility requires:
* A valid and traceable serial number
* Purchase through official or authorized channels
* No modification, misuse, or improper installation
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser. Second-hand owners are not covered.
Non-Eligible Products
XTNG does not provide support, service, or warranty for:
* Blacklisted serial numbers
* Products without valid serial numbers
* Altered or unreadable serial numbers
* Unauthorized or unofficial products
* Counterfeit or copied products
Such products are considered permanently non-serviceable.
Installation & Performance Disclaimer
All installation, tuning, and usage are performed entirely at the user’s own risk. XTNG is not responsible for improper installation, incorrect tuning, unsuitable engine configurations, or use outside recommended operating conditions.
XTNG does not guarantee universal compatibility or performance improvement in all situations.
XTNG shall not be liable for any engine damage, including issues related to incorrect air-fuel ratios, tuning errors, overheating, detonation, or mechanical failure. Fuel tuning results and engine performance remain the responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTNG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or performance-related losses.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Intellectual Property
All XTNG content, product designs, images, branding, and technical materials remain the intellectual property of XTNG and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
