Returns & Warranty Policy

XTNG provides a structured return policy designed to balance customer satisfaction with product integrity. Due to the technical nature of our products, all returns are subject to evaluation and approval.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

Unused products may be returned if they remain in original condition, show no fuel exposure, and include all original components and packaging. Approved unused returns are eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Products that have been installed or tested may still qualify for return if no physical damage or structural modifications are present. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and excessive wear or improper use may result in rejection.

Custom-built or specially configured products are non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects

If a customer believes a product has a manufacturing defect, they must first contact XTNG and provide clear photos, a detailed description of the issue, and preferably a short video demonstrating the problem.

If XTNG reasonably suspects a potential defect based on the provided information, the product will be returned for inspection.

After inspection:
* Confirmed defect → XTNG will repair, replace, or refund the product
* No defect found → The product will be reset to factory settings and returned to the customer

In cases where no defect is found, all associated costs, including both-way shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted for products with:
* Physical damage
* Structural modifications
* Misuse or abnormal wear
* Non-returnable status disclosed prior to purchase

XTNG products require proper installation and tuning. Returns will not be accepted for issues caused by incorrect installation, improper tuning, engine condition, electrical system problems, or failure to follow recommended setup procedures.

Performance differences or tuning preferences do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Return Authorization & Inspection

All returns must be approved in advance. Customers must contact XTNG, provide the required information, and wait for return instructions before shipping any product back.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

All returned products are subject to inspection. Depending on product condition, XTNG may issue:
* Full refund
* Partial refund
* Return rejection

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. XTNG is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

If a shipment is refused, the product must first be returned to XTNG before any refund can be processed. A restocking fee may apply after inspection.

Dealer Orders

Orders placed through dealers or distributors are subject to the dealer’s own policies and conditions. XTNG official website policies do not apply to dealer transactions.
