Manufacturing Standards

All XTNG throttle cables are approximately 1 inch longer than standard OEM throttle cables. During installation, the throttle cable must be routed through the left-side opening of the triple clamp, then along the left side of the frame before connecting to the carburetor top cap. Proper routing is required to ensure smooth throttle operation and prevent excessive cable friction or binding.
