This marks an exciting and highly significant milestone for the XTNG development program.
Following extensive engineering development, continuous refinement, and long-term platform evolution, the first engineering prototype samples of the XTNG GEN3+ small-bore series have now officially entered the testing phase. As always, XTNG continues to maintain exceptionally high standards in manufacturing precision, structural quality, and overall system engineering. The maturity of the GEN3+ platform combined with this level of precision manufacturing positions the new small-bore lineup to become one of the most exciting products in the future lightweight performance carburetor market.
XTNG has now officially received the first batch of prototype units and has immediately begun comprehensive testing and performance evaluation. The upcoming development phase will focus heavily on fuel metering stability, low-throttle response, atomization efficiency, high-load operation, environmental adaptability, and long-term durability validation.
The GEN3+ small-bore platform will initially be released in four bore sizes:
The launch of this platform also represents XTNG’s official expansion into the lightweight and small-displacement engine segment, bringing advanced multi-circuit metering-rod carburetor technology to scooters, lightweight motorcycles, off-road applications, and high-performance custom builds.
Additional testing updates and technical information will continue to be released as development progresses.
