As a thank-you to the riders who have supported XTNG over the years, we are pleased to offer an exclusive upgrade program for owners of our previous-generation carburetors. If you are currently using an XTNG GEN1, GEN2, or GEN3 Pro carburetor, you are eligible to purchase a brand-new GEN3+ for just $200 USD.
This upgrade program is available for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke applications. You are not required to stay with the same carburetor size or motorcycle model. Whether you want to move to a different displacement, a different carburetor size, or even a completely different motorcycle platform, you may do so through this program.
Applying is simple. Write your name, email address, current carburetor ID number, and the words “Upgrade to GEN3+” on a sheet of paper. Place the paper next to your carburetor and record a single continuous video showing both the carburetor ID number and the information written on the paper. To ensure smooth email delivery, please keep the video under 10 seconds in length.
Once completed, send the video to info@xtngmotosports.com. In your email, please tell us which carburetor size you currently own, which size you would like to receive, the motorcycle model you plan to use it on, and your PayPal email address. After verification, we will issue your payment invoice.
The upgrade fee is $200 USD, with a flat-rate shipping charge of $50 USD, bringing the total cost to $250 USD.
For customers located in the United States and most European countries, our shipping partner will handle customs clearance and import procedures on your behalf. In most cases, this means you will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.
Please note that this is a loyalty upgrade program and not a trade-in program. You are not required to return your existing carburetor, and ownership of your current unit remains entirely yours. Many customers choose to sell their previous-generation carburetor on the used market after upgrading, helping offset the cost of their new GEN3+.
