How to install or remove the Power Jet circuit on XTNG GEN3+
Details
In this video tutorial, we will demonstrate how to install or remove the XTNG Power Jet Circuit Kit (Part No. G375A) on the XTNG GEN3+ carburetor. This guide is specifically intended for riders who wish to add the optional Power Jet system to a standard GEN3+ carburetor or remove the system and return the carburetor to its standard configuration.
The XTNG GEN3+ features a modular design that allows riders to easily switch between the standard configuration and the optional Power Jet setup based on their specific performance requirements.
The Power Jet circuit is primarily designed for high-load, high-RPM, and extended wide-open-throttle operating conditions. These situations are commonly encountered in demanding environments such as desert riding, snow riding, hard enduro competition, motocross tracks, high-speed racing, and long-distance highway cruising. Under these conditions, the Power Jet system provides additional fuel delivery in the mid-to-high RPM range. This extra fuel helps reduce combustion temperatures and overall engine operating temperatures, minimizing thermal stress during prolonged high-load operation and improving engine reliability and durability.
Beyond its cooling benefits, the Power Jet circuit also significantly expands the available tuning range. By allowing high-RPM fuel delivery to be adjusted independently, riders can fine-tune the carburetor for different engine configurations, riding environments, fuel qualities, and performance objectives. This added flexibility makes it easier to optimize power delivery while maintaining safe engine operating conditions.
This tutorial will guide you through the installation process, removal procedure, and important setup considerations, helping you configure your XTNG GEN3+ carburetor for a wide variety of riding conditions and performance demands.
