GEN2 Carburetor Reintroduction & Optimization

The second-generation carburetor platform was completely redeveloped in March 2026 through a full engineering program focused on improving structural integrity, manufacturing precision, and overall performance consistency. Rather than reproducing the original GEN2 design, the platform was extensively re-engineered with new production tooling and targeted structural refinements.
The updated GEN2 combines stable airflow characteristics with a multi-circuit fuel delivery architecture, allowing independent adjustment across different throttle ranges. This provides precise control of idle stability, throttle response, low-RPM torque, and peak power output while maintaining excellent adaptability across varying altitude, temperature, and humidity conditions. An external venting system is also utilized to improve fuel delivery stability and compatibility across different engine platforms.
From a product positioning perspective, GEN2 is designed as a cost-effective mid-range solution that balances performance, simplicity, and accessibility. While GEN3+ represents a more advanced platform, the redesigned GEN2 offers strong overall performance with a more straightforward and user-friendly architecture suitable for a wide range of riders and applications.
The GEN2 product range has also been expanded to include both large-bore and newly developed small-bore versions. These smaller configurations extend compatibility to small-displacement engines, scooters, and specialized applications such as paramotor systems, significantly broadening the versatility of the platform.
